The National Grain Trade Council (NGTC) is a national trade association established to advocate and defendand competitive markets for the distribution of agricultural commodities. The Council's regular, policy-making members are grain exchanges, boards of trade, and national grain marketing organizations. The Council's associate members represent a broad cross-section of the grain industry and related businesses. Associate members include individual grain companies, milling and processing companies, transportation companies, futures commission merchants, and banks.
